How do credits work?

Credits are consumed when asking questions and processing files. A short question uses a fraction; analyzing many files or deep research uses more. Each person's credits renew every week and don't roll over.

Can I combine different plans?

Yes. Your team can include Plus and Pro users, based on how much each person uses Magnar.

Are credits shared or carried over?

No. Each person has their own weekly allowance. Unused credits do not carry over to the next week or to other people.

How is the price calculated?

We multiply the number of users at each level by its monthly price and add the subtotals. Taxes are shown separately.

Can I change my team’s plan?

You can request changes to quantities, levels or assignments. Our team will confirm the billing impact before applying them.
