Se rechazan excepciones de nulidad de obligación y vicios del título ejecutivo, al no acreditarse falta de causa real y lícita ni vicios de consentimiento, permitiendo continuar la ejecución.

• The Banco de Chile, represented by Socofin S.A., initiated an executive lawsuit against Nombre based on a "Pagaré a Plazo" dated January 9, 2015, for the sum of $14,566,008, acknowledging receipt.
• The obligation was structured into 71 installments of $289,653 and a final installment of $289,664, with a 1% monthly interest rate adjustable daily on the outstanding balance.
• A clause in the pagaré stipulated that the creditor could demand the entire outstanding balance as due if any installment was not paid within 15 days of default.
