La Contraloría General se abstiene de pronunciarse sobre denuncias de contaminación y publicidad en La Cisterna, por estar la materia ante tribunales o por falta de especificidad.

• Complainant Federico Wetzig Contreras denounced visual and acoustic contamination from a property owned by Antil Mawida S.A. in La Cisterna, requesting Contraloría General's intervention based on environmental regulations.
• The Municipality of La Cisterna reported having addressed the initial complaint via oficio N° 308.
• The Contraloría General previously declared itself impeded from ruling on similar matters through oficio N°s. 28.428 and 60.421 (2006) and 16.519 (2009).
• The Contraloría General's refusal to rule on the first claim is based on the principle of non-intervention.
