Contraloría: Rectificación sustancial de posesión efectiva requiere vía judicial

La Contraloría determina que la modificación sustancial de una resolución de posesión efectiva inscrita, como la sustitución de un heredero, debe realizarse por vía judicial, no administrativamente por el Servicio de Registro Civil.
