Contraloría - Dictamen N° 2201 2015

La Contraloría General de la República confirma que el Hospital El Pino actuó legalmente al reclasificar a una funcionaria en su tramo de pago de asignación, como consecuencia de un reordenamiento instruido para corregir errores previos.

• A public servant, Mercedes Aguirre Araya, consulted the Contraloría General regarding the legality of her employer, Hospital El Pino, reducing her assigned segment (tramo) from I to II for the payment of a benefit under Law No. 19.490.
• The hospital's action was prompted by the need to comply with Dictamen N° 47.812 of 2014, issued by the Contraloría General.
• Dictamen N° 47.812 was issued after the Contraloría detected errors in stipend assignments for an employee at the same hospital and mandated a reordering process.
• The Hospital El Pino carried out a reordering of personnel assignments to correct errors and comply with the instructions from the prior Contraloría dictamen.
