La Contraloría General rechaza la solicitud de revisión de la calificación de una funcionaria de Gendarmería de Chile debido a que fue interpuesta fuera del plazo legal de diez días.

• A funcionaria de Gendarmería de Chile, Yennifer Rodríguez Osses, sought review of her 2014-2015 qualification, where she was placed in Lista N° 2.
• The request for review of an evaluation is grounded on the remedy provided by article 160 of Law No. 18.834 (General Administrative Statute).
• The procedure for reviewing personnel qualifications for Plantas I and II of penitentiary institutions is governed by article 46 of Decree with Force of Law No. 1.791 of 1979, issued by the Ministry of Justice.
• The period to file the review request before the General Comptroller's Office is ten days, calculated from the notification of the appeal decision against the Qualification Board's resolution.
