La Contraloría se abstiene de pronunciarse sobre desvinculaciones laborales en trámite judicial y casos resueltos, pero orienta sobre sumarios administrativos por acoso laboral y competencias en cotizaciones previsionales.

• Complainant's Allegations: A former employee of the Municipalidad de Alhué filed a complaint alleging illegal dismissal under Article 160, N° 3°, of the Labor Code. She also claimed to have undergone an administrative summary with prolonged suspension, that the municipality failed to inform the Chilean Security Association (ACHS) about her dismissal leading to non-payment of subsidies, and that she was subjected to labor harassment by her employer. Additionally, unpaid retirement contributions were mentioned.
