Contraloría - Dictamen N° 6914 2018

La Contraloría determina que el encasillamiento de un funcionario traspasado del IND al Ministerio del Deporte fue incompleto, ordenando su incorporación como titular en un cargo profesional grado 4 ante vacante, y rechaza traspaso extemporáneo por vía administrativa.

• Mr. Pedro Antonio Lira Bianchi, a public servant within the Ministry of Sport, formally presented a complaint to the Contraloría General of the Republic. His concern stemmed from an alleged error in his 2014 transfer from the Instituto Nacional de Deportes (IND) to the Ministry of Sport, specifically regarding his encasillamiento (placement in the new staff structure). He feared that this error could jeopardize his employment if the position were subject to competitive bidding processes.
