Laboral - Rol N° I-2-2020

El tribunal laboral acogió parcialmente el reclamo de Condor Bus SpA, dejando sin efecto una multa administrativa por no actualización salarial, pero manteniendo otras tres por incumplimientos en comunicaciones de despido y exhibición de documentación laboral.

• Infringement 1 (Fine N° 4104/20/8-1): Condor Bus SpA failed to update the labor contract of employee Nombre with the annual legal wage adjustment (sueldo mínimo) effective January 1, 2020.
• Infringement 2 (Fine N° 4104/20/8-2): Condor Bus SpA failed to provide written notice of termination to employee Nombre within 3 days of separation, as required by Article 160 N°7 and Article 162 of the Labor Code.
• Infringement 3 (Fine N° 4104/20/8-3): Condor Bus SpA failed to send a copy of employee Nombre's termination notice to the Labor Inspection within 3 days of separation, as required by Article 162 of the Labor Code.
