El Juzgado de Letras del Trabajo de Punta Arenas acogió el reclamo contra multa por feriado irrenunciable, determinando que la tienda de conveniencia Upita cumplía requisitos de excepción legal por preparación de alimentos.

• Inversiones ENEX S.A. filed a judicial claim challenging a fine of 80 UTM imposed by the Provincial Labor Inspection of Magallanes.
• The fine was based on an alleged infraction of Article 2 of Law No. 19.973 for failing to grant the mandatory and non-renounceable holiday on May 1, 2021, to four workers at its "Upita" convenience store.
