Tribunal de Juicio Oral condena a Nombre por porte ilegal de arma de fuego artesanal prohibida, imponiendo pena de tres años y un día, sustituida por Libertad Vigilada Intensiva.

• On April 30, 2017, Nombre was apprehended in Puerto Montt carrying an artisanal shotgun, described as a homemade firearm crafted from metal tubes, capable of firing caliber 12 ammunition, without containing ammunition, and without possessing authorization.
• The accused was charged as the perpetrator of a consummated offense of illegal carrying of a prohibited firearm, pursuant to articles 3 and 13 of Law 17.798 (Control of Weapons).
• The seized weapon was identified as an artisanal firearm (shotgun type), approximately 28 cm and 28.5 cm in length, confirmed by ballistic expert analysis to be capable of firing caliber 12 shotgun cartridges and positive for gunpowder residue.
