Corte de Apelaciones confirma sentencia de primera instancia que acogió demanda ejecutiva por cobro de pagaré, rechazando la excepción opuesta por el deudor sobre exceso de facultades del mandatario.

• La Corte de Apelaciones de Concepción confirmed the final judgment issued in case C-4534-2019 of the First Civil Court of Talcahuano, which accepted an executive lawsuit.
• The executive lawsuit was filed by BANCO FALABELLA S.A. against OLIVER JOSÉ VERA MORA, for the collection of a promissory note.
• The promissory note signed on September 25, 2018, amounted to $2,614,103, plus interest, payable in 35 installments.
• An interest rate of 2.21% every 30 days was stipulated, and failure to pay any installment would make the entire debt due.
• Default or simple delay in payment would generate the maximum conventional interest permitted by law.
