• Hechos acreditados: * 10 de marzo de 2018, aproximadamente a las 15:30 horas: Nombre ingresó a la Farmacia Ahumada ubicada en 21 de Mayo N° 359, Arica, y sustrajo diversos productos (shampoos y acondicionadores) con un valor aproximado de $100.000, guardándolos en una mochila. * Al ser sorprendido por el guardia de seguridad, Apellido intentó escapar y, al ser alcanzado fuera de la farmacia, frente a la tienda Tricot, sacó un martillo azul de su mochila y amenazó al guardia para evitar ser detenido. * El guardia de seguridad de la tienda Tricot ayudó a detener a Apellido, quien forcejeó, rompiendo una vitrina. * En la mañana del mismo día, Apellido, junto con otro sujeto no identificado, sustrajo cuatro display de bebidas del carrito de un vendedor ambulante en el Paseo 21 de Mayo.
